Stardard post modern tower, but I like the setbacks and the base looks nice.

Colour is a bit dull but the basic shape looks great with the setbacks. Needs to be a little slimmer and the pinnacle is slightly tacky.

I agree with the first part of SoboleuS's thoughts.
However, Postmodern is usually more interesting than the International Style.
This building is a little too squat but at least is got a lot of corner offices.
