Deux des projets de la zone de Ghandouri sont presque finalisés. Il s’agit de celui d’hôtel 4 étoiles de la CMKD placé sous l’enseigne Farah. Avec un investissement global de 150 millions de DH, selon la délégation du tourisme, il offrira dès son ouverture une capacité totale de 134 chambres sur près de trois hectares dont une emprise au sol de 10.000 m2.
