Wuhan is important in Chinese history, especially modern history. It is also one of the financial and economic hubs in central China. It is located at the center point of China, and sits on the Yangtze River. The Guangzhou-Wuhan high speed rail is among the first few HSRs that reach 350km/h. So this is a big city worth of investing in it. The city used to have faster pace in skyscraper construction than other inland Chinese cities, it already built some 200m+ in the 90's, now it just regains its power in skyscraper boom.
