Hello guys, I heard about this new project under construction by Saima Builders. It is located opposite of Mohti Mehal, Karachi on the main Rashid Minhas Road. On the opposite side of the road is Saima Shopping Center, where I used to reside when I was in Pakistan. Well here's the link:

^^ Hmmm...there's a lot of info, but I'll give the important ones.
This project is being build by Saima Builders, one of the builders that are very reliable and trustworthy because my family has a apartment in Saima Shopping Center, which is on the other side of the Rashid Minhas Road (you can apparently see it from the balcony) and also my father has signed a plot from the project, Saima Arabian Villas (240 SQ).

Location: Rashid Minhas Road (opposite of Mohti Mehal and Saima Shopping Center), Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Floor: 18FL (that's what it looks like to me from judging the render on the website).

Amenities: Gym, Snooker, Table Tennis, Kids Play Area, Reception Lobby, Community Center, and Prayer Area.

Facilities: High-speed elevators, Earthquake resistant structure, Multilevel Car Parking, State-of-the-art reception lobby with Visitors Gallery, Fire Fighting System on each floor, Backup power supply, High-speed Internet & TV Cables, Audio link with each apartment, Max. security & privacy, and 24/7 vigilance for CCTV.

Thats a nice project.
Karachi is rising.
I am just imagining, had there been a better govt in Pakistan and peace in Karachi, what heights our main cities would have achieved by now.

Saima Builders is an excellent building and development company as they have never let us down by abandoning their buildings but have completed them and now have atleast 3 15+ floor buildings. :)

saima rocks.............they have huge presence in nazimabad.....now they are taking over gulshan-e-iqbal area i wish that they could built 150 meters plus office towers also

And Also In NOC of KBCA, Bismillah Blessing (on shaheed-e-millat) was also consider to be 18fl but it is now +21fl.

So it means that all these builders are already in voilation of the NOCs granted to them by KBCA?

BTW I daily see both Bismillah Blessings and The Center a couple of times and can surely say that Bismillah blessing is G+18 and topped out already. They are making an overhead tank above the 18th floor. As far as The Centre is concerned I am not sure as its structure is wrapped in the green protective sheet.

Please dont get me wrong over here...but I,ve seen this tendency in MP that floor count and height is often exagerated.

Therfore, in the absense of any other more credible source of info (Revised NOC), i would rather go with the NOC issued by KBCA (the regulatory authority). Also i think Mods here have a responsibilty to ensure correct information is displayed atleast on the title.

I can clearly count 22 floors in the official renders of this building. Plus there are decorative structures on top of that.

Another thing to remember that when they say Ground + 20 that equals 21 floors.

And we must not include the basements when the floor count of highrises are mentioned.

They are a big name. And having a look at their facebook page one can say with sure they have a big list of fans. So they will let down their reputation. And they will maintain the merit of construction and paper work will be safe and without corruption.
