This is in Nottingham, England. Built in the 1890's in fabulously detailed teracotta brick.

^Green glass looks good on some buildings but the overall shape of this building just looks out of shape so the glass doesn't help it IMO... (One Museum Park Tower 2 looks good in green glass...)

No, a flatiron is a pie shaped triangular building; narrow at the front and wider at the back.
