MALABO | Ministry Of Mines and Energy


The building is composed by two blocks, designed for the administrative services of the Ministry of Mines and Energy in Malabo. The developed solution is based on the establishment of a services set with specific activities, with individual access by two blocks, which are interconnected by elements that promote their articulation and complementarity at the ground floor.

Royal Malabo Hotel

The Royal Malabo Hotel is a building based on local contemporary tropical architecture, formed by 3 separated blocks, which forms a central courtyard where the pool and private areas are located. Organized in an “U” shape footprint, the building is composed by 2 symmetrical “dependences”, of 4 floors each, which gives access to 200 bedrooms.
