Which restaurant at Sorya Shopping Center?

Or we can go to eat at a buffet, not far from OCIC Tower at Monivong. It is quite cheap (US$7.5) per person and that restaurant is always full.

I'll go to Cambodia when I'll save a lot of money ! :(

3) Touring around the city (need a car)

Yes we do, but I don't think there are any cafes or restaurants on top of the building.

I'll see if the OCIC Tower building management team, or any of their stuff can give us a tour inside the building and top of this building

One of the staff at Canadia Tower told me this afternoon the top of the tower is currently undergoing some renovations. The top floor won't be open to public until everything is completed :(

Becasue of this, I am thinking of changing our meeting venue. How about we meet at Golden Tower 42 showroom - 4pm on Monday? After that we can walk to De Castle Royal Condominium and Star River showrooms nearby.

Anyone disagree??
