Yes, it does. It'll be the only airport in Cambodia that will have two runways. They are doing the study to build one more runways to handle B767, B747, B777 and A 330 and A340 types of airplanes. The city itself will be the Singapore of Cambodia one day. It has Mountains, Rich fields, flat lands, Sea, Islands, Beaches, and water fall and let's not forget OIL. This is the city I want to live in because it won't get too polluted as Phnom Penh.

I am helping to organize a conference in Sihanoukville later this months. The group will be traveling from Phnom Penh, and several have asked about flight.

Is there a published flight schedule/cost?

Unfortunately there isn't. Bus is the cheapest from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville.

I hope this Airport is someday will be bigger, let just hope....( I'm praying) This City is the best city in Cambodia, and I can't wait to see it myself. But, you don't have to wait two to three hours just to get on the planes for a flying trip an hour away from where you start.
