It's in eastern Tabriz, somewhere near Kuy-e Valiasr. I don't have any exact location.

and how tall is it?

the renderer isnt that clear but i hope the look is IRANIAN* too
according to the renderer 35 floor above the ground.it would be minimum 40 with ground floor and basements i think

40 is good, we should get more of these projects. and yes the renders seem to have a some sort of persian/iranian design, especially the front garden (im assuming its a pool) looks based on traditional designs

Some people are calling this Pardisan residential tower it's getting quite confusing.

A more recent photo, they're working on the facade which might be why it's not rising fast.

I know,I've seen it,but in the last year it has been rasen only 2,3floor and the new facade you just mentioned.It still has 10floors to go

And now WTC?! There was one WTC project in Tabriz and it got cancelled, I personally wasn't a fan of the location it was way out of town.

Seems like the Architect's company is called Pardisan but it's definitely not going to be residential.

this was WTC from the begining.you can see the W T C on the building from the very 1st pics.It is CARPET world trade center.the other trade center which is probably canceled was just WTC

is the frame done? i was expecting it to be far taller....

yes,they've just started.P.S. they are working on 27 now(that WTC covers 2 stories)

cant wait to see it in 35 floor and complete form.

being on higher surface will help it seem much more taller.(comparing to shahran tower)

it is on a higher surface when u look at it from the northern side.from the southern side its even abit lower.Shahran is already 1 of the tallest buildings in Iran.this will be even taller than Shahran !

What does 35 TC mean? 35 Trade Center? Btwthis is another nice highrise for Tabriz :cheers2:

the number is the floor count and level of construction, the TC (trade centre) is irrelevant to the numbers :D nd thankyou

2 SUPER updates about this building:
1. I just realized that each floor isn't as high as a normal floor, it's a lot higher.normal cement floors are 3.2m but this is 3.9m !
that makes it really more taller ! could be the tallest skyscraper in Iran in that case

2. There has been an update in the render from it's website. The new render is different + is a few floors even more tall + has an antenna
