Following Avida Towers Cebu’s successful first tower, Avida Land Corporation launches 527 more units with Tower 2.

Present during the press conference were Cebu Holdings, Inc. President, Francis Monera and Ryan Ybañez, Project Development Association Manager of Avida Land, among others.

The new tower is designed with breathtaking views of Asiatown I.T. Park and the Cebu seas. Tower 2 also introduces more garden units in close proximity to amenities like adult and children’s swimming pool, clubhouse with function room, children’s play area, an outdoor gym, garden area and jogging path.
