Along with the towers, an 18 hole Greg Norman signature golf course will be built. The completion deadline is Dec2009.

Description

This project comprises of four residential towers and is located in Greater Noida. All towers are typical in design and each includes external façade elements such as curtain wall with sunshade device, curtain wall with vertical sunshades, flying glass buttresses at terrace level, double height lobby, entrance canopy, glass railing and skylight at terrace floor level. Our scope is to review the concept design and make technical recommendations on the system proposed, material applications and design. We will also be reviewing the shop drawings as prepared by the appointed contractor and conduct quality audit visits to site to check on quality of workmanship.

Yes, at the moment yes...However will shortly be taken over by Unitech Terra and Unitech Aqua( 45 levels each) and Ireo Victory Valley which is of 51 levels..

No....They have dropped the Idea of 4th one....there will only be 3 .....Original plan was to have 4.....

Abe nothing is photoshopped ......I go to this place almost everyday yaar....Its amazingly maintained....for that matter whole of greater noida is in good good shape...

Much needed 30 + floors towers comming up in Gurgaon/ Noida. Any Idea how are the towers spaced ? I hope there will be high density of 30 + skyscrapers near each other in this decade.

You'll see number of 30+ towers in Noida ( Atleast 90 towers confirmed) and most exciting of all is the Golf Course Ext in Gurgaon.....It will be spectacular. with number of High rises coming up including 7 towers of 50 + Levels in the same location..and the best part all are under construction....just waiting for it to be completed.....Probably would be the best in our country( If it goes according to renders)...

The pictures look amazing! Apparently, the building looks fine and very intresting. But how is it different from the current City center project. Even they will be launching spacious studio apartments. I would appreciate your guidance!
