hey, i have sim city 3000 and i cant even figure out how to build a bridge! help ... how do i do that?

Take road or interstate and click from the start point and then drag all the way across the water until a bridge appears. :)

dude i've tried that ad nauseum and it simply will not work ... i mean i've been playing sim city since it came out as a cartidge for the first nintendo and i've never been so frustrated. maybe i should buy another copy?? thank you so much for you help. hey are you the webmaster or something i see your posts all of the time

You may want to try and get a flat plot of land and just drag a bridge across. It needs to be a straight crossing [can't go over squares]. Other than that, it should work for you as far as I know.

actually you need to have at least 5 squares of road over each side to do a bridge.
It means you need to drag the cursor over 5 squares to the river, and then to the other side.
The best way is to go to the Simcity 3000 site, they have a tutorial there.

basically, kinda like this:

_ _ _ _ _ - - - [bridge here] - - -_ _ _ _ _

the _ _ being the road needed on either side. :)

you need to keep dragging for an extra 6 tiles (on land)
