i do like that cutaway section though, really animates this boring thing.

Tear it down, because of the wideness and relative low height this building ruins the complete Rotterdam skyline wich consitst of lean towers of middle height.
I can't exactly tell why and how but it does, tear it down.

Exept from the concrte entrance to the parking lot this building is far more better in real life than in pictures. 8/10

From some angles it's like a huge wall that serves only to block whatever's behind it. From other angles, however, it's a very striking design.

7.5 overall.

Without that cutaway strip, the building would look like just any other building you could find across the world. I agree with some people when they say that from some sides it looks interesting (2nd picture), and from other sides it looks bland and boring (1st picture). I like it, but it's nothing too special, but cool nonetheless.
