PEKANBARU is located in SUMATRA ISLAND INDONESIA... It is the central of INDONESIAN MALAY CULTURE.. It is the small city of 690,000 population ....

Can you please cite what specific building in Seoul that has a semblance of Regatta? IMO, Regatta is truly an icon for Indonesia. They're cute and perfect for its waterfront view.
