Trams/light rail are scheduled to begin testing in Northern Jerusalem (French Hill Depot through Shimon Hatzadik Street) this week. Testing could last about one year.

And here is some park-project... The city and national government, try to internationalize the city:
by putting open neutral tourist projects around the old city, some museums and parks.
This is Hutzot HaYotzer, all the Jewish artists have to leave there.
While digging next to it, they found some old houses claimed to be just over 100 years old,
so they might be old Jewish or Arab, Turk or Druze homes.
They might be left open as a shown wall, 1 story I heard is that they want to build there some kind of amphi-theater.

It is one of the only few business offices in the city.

They have the Malcha Tower, which is another.....and that old one near Jaffa Street.
The rest of the buildings are resedentials or just old buildings......

lets respect them
...you could have balcony or something in the top offices or plan to expand in the future
