new OZ mods

Due to our ever popular Ozforum becoming increasingly busier, ive had to "get help" with some of the regional forums. It was getting to much looking after every forum and with tays only having time for VIC forums.
most of the world forums have many mods so its time appoint some dedicated guys to canvas there areas.

So i have appointed >
Atd for SA forums
BrizzyChris-QLD forums
chrisaus-WA forums
Flying_higher-NZ forums
the rest-me
hope everyone is happy with the selected guys.
if you need any threads moved or deleted ect in these regions just contact relevant mod.

The OZForum should run really efficient now.

Hey Culwulla, tell us mere mortal forumers, about your role as a moderator. How often do you log on?
Between them, do the moderators try to read every thread?
And is that even your role?
What exactly does 'moderating' in the context of this forum entail?
You can't possibly moderate everything, everyday ( or can you?). So are there particular areas of the forum that need special monitoring?
How often do the various moderators interact? I remember from the 'revolution of 2003, that there is communication between moderators. But how collaborative is the process of moderating. Is there a hierarchy that is followed in the guild of moderators?
etcetera, etcetera, etcetera..

Please, tell us of your ways.
