hey i just got the game and i know how to do the residential, commercial and industrial zones but after that stuff for the first time i try to expand on it all but no businesses or people or andything will happen on my new zones....wats wrong?

maybe:

-No water
-No road connections (yes they will complain if they cant get to their jobs)
-No demand
-The area has a low desiblitity
-No electricity
-High commute time
