haha sure, but i would have thought 16 floors would have been...you know, a little small for Melbourne :sly:

if you guys are really wanting to beat Sydney, you need buildings twice that height in ur suburbs ;)

If you check out the Victorian building projects section you will find that we have many u/c or proposals of very tall buildings to keep us happy if we are keen on beating Sydney. Maybe other follow Vic forumers want our state to be more competitive with Sydney than I - I would like to have some good buildings in my town and not as fussed about how tall it is.

The tallest building for Geelong is about 6 or 7 storeys, Dandenong about 10 storeys and Box Hill about 6 storeys which is a hospital. So this building in Adelaide, if located in any of these suburbs would dominate their skyline.

It's a really nice building.

A good location for this and it will help with denisity and bring more people into the CBD. Decent enough for sure.

This Resi is awesome like the little orange bits on it ;D also looks like some sort of vegetation will be planted on the building :D

If they don't this building will look as faded and ugly as the Optus building

Optus building is not ugly imo. Adelaide might not be as cosmopolitan as Melbourne or Sydney. But you wait and see when this city gets its time to really bloom. No one knows when.
