Just adjacent to 10 Liberty Plaza, I'm still astonished people can build so high in Downtown NYC!

Well, yours are apparently newer. On your pics you've got the beginnings of the box on the top.

between that and 7WTC, the skyline view from the brooklyn side of the river is starting to remind me of the late 80's - lots of orange safety netting and cranes. i recommend a walk over the brooklyn bridge to appreciate it if you haven't in awhile. its nice to see new architecture - even mediocre residential architecture - returning to old nieuw amsterdam.

yeah, it's about time that residential buildings come to downtown. 2 gold st's a rather a mediocre piece of architecture (im still trying to figure out which side of it is the front). but it's got a good facade and glass.
i can't wait till more buildings start to fill the downtown skyline north of maiden lane.

its OK, but it doesnt matter really. it doesnt stand out that much but its another addition to the development of downtown which is a positive.
