ตึกนี้ป้ายรูปโครงการด้านหนาสตรอมาก ใช้ฉากหลังเรนเดอร์เป็นรูปพาโนราม่าที่สวนลุมทั้งๆที่ตั้งแต่ซอยปิ่นประภาคมไปจนถึงกระทรวงสาธารณะสุขแถบไม่มีตึกสูงโผล่หัวมาสักตึก:lol:

There are about 4 projects under-constructing there.
- Supalai Park (35 storey)
- Akesin Place (26 storey) It has been building to floor 21 now.
I'm not sure this company is a local company in Nonthaburi because I see a lot of Akesin's apartments, dorms, and low rise condominiums in Nonthaburi province.
- The Parkland (29 storey) It has been building to floor 15 now.
- Lumpini Place Rattanathibeth (30+30+30+30 storey-not sure) I think their design may be boring. :ohno: It is near Richmond Hotel
- AP's Condominium (I don't know the name) (30+ storey-not sure) It is by the City Khraerai which is AP's old housing project.
- The land which had been Juan Thonh Restaurant.
