J'ai vu un projet de mall, il est situé sur la route qui mène vers l'autoroute pour aller à Rabat.

Je ne veux pas jouer les rabats-joies mais de mémoire, on a :

- Un mall en construction dans une artère perpendiculaire au Bd Mohamed V et Mohamed VI (pas loin de Pizza Hut)

- Un mall en construction devant le rond point du centre équestre. Cela fait près de deux ans que je suis là et c'est toujours pas terminé.

- Un mall à 500 mètres environ, en face de l'Hotel Andalucia (on peut y voir la panneau d'affichage d'Acima. C'est à la commercialisation depuis plusieurs mois. On y trouve quelques enseignes mais c'est aussi vide qu'une charcuterie en plein Kaboul.

- Un mall en construction et qui correspond au projet cité par Slaoui. Je ne me suis pas arrêté pour voir ça de plus près.

Pour les trois premiers, honnêtement, on abuse un peu trop sur le terme "mall". Dans mon esprit, un mall c'est une grande galerie marchande comme on en trouve aux USA, dans les pays du Golfe et parfois en France. Le mall de Rabat est grand tout comme l'immense projet du Morocco Mall à Casa mais ce qui se fait pour le moment à Tanger (les projets qui sortent de terre ou déjà terminé), c'est trop petit.
C'est pas compliqué, les deux "malls" que l'on trouve du côté du centre équestre, c'est même pas 20m de long et de large pour 2 étages. On a plusieurs locaux de moins de 27m² et quelques locaux un peu plus grand. C'est plus petit que la gare ferroviaire de Tanger.

D'ailleurs Marrakech par exemple possède le 3eme mall au Maroc avec AlMazar et devrait en avoir un autre prochainement. Seul Fès et Agadir sont en manque dans ce département.

YES !! I saw it too last July !! but it was an ugly billboard !!

I saw a commercial center that was just finished next to the big Andalucia Hotel, this mall isn't on the road to rabat. But i have seen a new Commercial center that's being built on the road to Rabat near the exit to the Airport of Tanger ( i will upload those pictures soon, they are on a other camera)

Tangier need a king of mega free zone, with a kind of Morocco Mall + amusement park + hotel & properties !

@ mister79 there was a sign but there wasn't a picture of the design and the name, only that it is a commercial center build/financed by the government but it wasn't small (but those pictures i will put it on the forum in about 2 weeks because made them with a other camera that is still in morocco)

Their was a project to build a commercial center near the road to the airport. It was called Tangerplaza.

Ashraf, that isn't the mall that Slaoui mentioned. I placed photos of this project a couple months ago and he said it wasn't this project.

@ Mister79 this is the only andalucia mall in Tanger (het is niet logisch als ze er 2 zouden maken) what Slaoui meant is then the construction of the center commercial that i saw on the route of Rabat that would get an other name then if you think logically. just wait for 2 weeks and i will upload those pictures

but the pictures that i posted are of the Andalucia Mall in Tanger (so we must make 2 topics, one of the andalucia mall next to the andalucia hotel and one of the uknown mall project on the route of Rabat)
