The developer (Royal Group and Millenium Group) may change the design just like the Royal Tower, but this one is the most original design.

In the render,it seem like 30+ floor to me. Not 20 floors. But however the design look nice.. Hope this progressing well coz they already prepare the crane and many equipments in the construction site.

In the future, parking will be a necessity for all residents of buildings. One place by unit. Is it the case today in new building like Mekong Appartment or De Castle or Camko City Towers ?

Now I get it, thanks SM ! If this project really belong to the (Royal Group) it will be finished on time.

Royal Group is own by Kit Meng, local investor always front moneys before start the construction :banana:^^:banana:
