This is a new 10F, 15000m2 development in Ridgeside by Broll. It is situated at the highest point of the office park in precinct 3 with amazine sea and lake views.

agreed. it def looks like it is a great design. would love to be able to get clearer renders of it.

70% sold? Then we can safely say this is guaranteed to be constructed.
Has work begun? I quite like the design, but a clearer render would be nice.

I have no idea if work has started. there are a number of sites being cleared and many others with piling, all in all nearly 20 sites u/c so it could very well be underway already

GOBA was appointed by Chanter Properties to carry out the civil and structural design for the new office block, which forms part of the prestigious Ridgeside Office Park.

The building comprises four levels of basement parking, one level of open parking and eight levels of office accommodation, totaling 35 000m2. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with post tensioned slabs.

work was well under way back in April on about 6th Floor.

So this is what this building will look like when its finished...Nice..

I drive past this every day on the way to work, they're moving along at pace..

TB how's it looking now? No one in Durban takes photos anymore

It does look very good.. I didn't realise it was complete though, it still looks like the guys are working on it atm.
