7.5/10 - The facade, with its contrasting colors of glass, is really nice and sleek, and the overall shape gives the building good height. The glass and stone work well together, and even the spire, which might be out of place elsewhere, seems to fit in with the rest of the biulding.
I'm not really sure, though, if that glass globe and that square connection fit in that well - they almost seem to be an afterthought. And some setbacks would have been nice - think of the Lipstick building. Plus, they could have given a bit more dtailing to the stone pier in the center.
And I'd really like to see some pics of the other side, and the base (If I had seen those, I might have rated it a bit higher)....
In any case, this one does a decent job of looking futuristic without being too outlandish

i agree . . very beautiful and not to goofy futuristic tower .. BUT that spire has got to go!!. . only 48 floors and the 59th tallest in the world?? man ive got two buildings in my city with 52 and 60 floors and only 200m!! - oh, 7/10

actually I like this tower...it's got a very cool design..this building reminds of some of the buildings designed by Arquitectonica (Westin Times Square, Atlantis Condo in miami)..iI wish the spire portion were a lot taller though...very unique.....8.0/10

Very cool facade, nice shape, and love that blue colour section and how it corsses over slowly towards the top. The golden globe on the building is too small to be noticeable from afar, unfortunetely.

What a bloody yet interesting juxtapositon of froms and also materials.

Love the globe even with the lopped sided squarish bit jutting out from it....and what a tall spire!!

Not a favourite though.

Just give me the globe for my living room :) !!

For some reason this design seems rather common....but this one has nice touches like the globe and that huge spire.

From some angles this building reminds me of Sydney's Chifley Tower, and all together it seems to work somehow. . . 8.5/10

I agree, what a cool spire! Everything about this building works well - the globe, the slanted, changing façade, it's just too bad it's not taller. Still, I give it 9/10, very nice!

not a bad design except for that golden sphere... its these kinds of goofy details that ruin an otherwise competent building... or maybe the deatils are related to something cultural that i'm not understanding. either way 6/10.

the building's okay. they should get rid of that metal bar sticking out of the globe though and that huge spire should go (it's making the building look shorter overall).

I think the spire should have been made smaller, or the building taller, as the spire seems too big for the building. I like the different colours of glass, and the globe is so unusual it makes it special.

Beautiful sleek facade and futuristic looking without being tacky. Not tall enough (to height) though! The spire is a well proportioned asset to this building, although it makes the rest of the building look very short.

I like the angles and facade. Only way I'd like that gold sphere on there is if it was my own personal office. Otherwise, either get rid of it or make it more prominent in the design. A feautre that strong shouldn't appear as a side note. I didn't like the spire and the rectangular white section leading to it at first but it kinda grew on me as I took in the entire design. Pretty impressive!

Over the top, perhaps; but certainly an imaginative design. Unfortunately there are many towers now that look like this one, which makes it seem less innovative. But it's got a very futuristic, sleek look. I don't mind the size of the spire, though it is a bit of a height-cheat.
