the 1st proposal definitely stands out in a positive way
the shape of the outer elevation is pretty original, despite that it looks like trash bin....
proposal 4 is much better version of moscow's city of capitals, I like it too

I don't see this being built any time soon, the area is undeveloped and it's quite remote from the city..

Doesn't mention the hight, but note that its 3x49 floors witch would make them skyscrapers anyway.. Don't like this design, too ordinary I wish they choose the previous one..
well if you can read chinese, you can check Gaoloumi (http://www.gaoloumi.com/viewthread.php?tid=475457&extra=&page=1) (google translate is rubbish sometimes :) )
