After the destruction of their fabled steel mills in the Great Earthquake of Columbia, Cofasco Steel has now decided to incorporate their new headquarters in Chen Szhen. It will be the first major high-rise to be constructed in the city in 4 weeks, and will provide innumerable jobs to the city's high school dropouts who would otherwise drain the state's welfare checks:
