New residential project just outside of Nakano station on the other side of the tracks then the existing towers around the station (NTT Docomo Nakano and Nakano Sun Plaza). There's quite some opposition in the neighborhood against this project, but it seems that it's going ahead anyway.

Bottom left, you can see the crane. The tower is still only a couple of floors tall.

Originally it was supposed to be completed this month. It looks likely that it will also happen, but I haven't seen any confirmation about it yet.

It looks like a bunch of static cabins stacked on top of each other. I really don't like it! Sorry.

Because this was "sold out" there was no sales website anymore, and without any other info it was a bit unclear if this one was officially completed. But it turned that the completion did happen in August, with a bit a bit of a delay I change the status into completed.
