This is a development in Odaiba right next to the Fuji TV Building, after being delayed several times it's now planned to start this Spring.

①A multi-purpose facility including leased office space,
retail facilities, and an event plaza.
②The plan is to realize an optimal fusion of appealing
media content and retail function.
③The program also calls for seasonal events coproduced
with Fuji Television, monthly events planned
by the retail facility operators, and performance /
campaign events presented by individual retail tenants.

But then again the most recent dated update pictures are already from back in March, the more recent updates were all taken earlier.

I'm a bit confused becasue suddenly there's a tower.

HA HA I wish all towers just could pop up out of no were all of a sudden.

I like to see towers going up, so if they would pop up instantly it wouldn't be as fun to watch for me.

Nice name! This complex is huge and is located in a strategic area. If the office tower was taller...

well, it's kind of a word-play with this ダイバー, quite creative I would say :}

still I hate the project, as I'm a big fan of Tange Kenzo, and this one is disturbing it's surrounding

If it wasn't for the real estate crisis 20 years ago, this plot would have been filled up years ago. We already had an extended period of undisturbed views of the building.

If the office tower was taller...
.. it would be hit by a plane.

As long as Haneda is in operation we will never see something higher in Odaiba.

I hope the Gundam statue will be finished soon. I'll be in Tokyo in 1 month, would make nice pictures with the new building.
