I don't know why I even made a thread for this project, probably because the completion date is so far of. But since the towers are almost externally complete I haven't seen many updates since the Projects and Construction subforum opened.

^^ Thanks for the pics. the design is plain and simple but is looking very nice. Is the small building exactly below the building part of the development or the Kyuhoji Station as it is also in the render.

The EAST is a different story, still so much work to do therefor it will only be completed in 2013.

But seriously, they must be crazy if they keep this almost completed tower empty for more then 2 years. It must be some weird selling strategy, but don't ask me why they do it like this.

These twin towers are a model of upper class residental buildings. They just look so much fancy. Very good for Yao.

Agreed. They look nice

@Momo

And it's interesting because these days, when you hear of constructions in Japan, all you hear is Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and the usual...........but when you hear something like "YAO". I was like woah, what is "Yao". I've never heard of it before.

So much so that I had to check wikipedia for it.

So yeah, it's good that lesser-known places in Japan are getting some constructions, modernizations, renovations, improvements as well :)

^^ Yao is basically Ōsaka.

Your right, quashlo. Nonetheless, it's good for the city to have such high rise constructions, hence it will give a unique distinctive identity to it.

Seems like a pretty convenient place to live.

And the 2nd tower was completed 2 months earlier then planned in January, although the new residents can move in this month.

I still don't get why it took so long for the second tower to be completed.
