Almost every big construction projects in Phnom Penh are owned by the Koreans.

Many of those apartment units were bought by the speculators prior to financial crisis, some of them gave up their units during this period of time and developers had no money to continue with the project.

I think GT42 is in stand by, but Decastle Royal is still in action several days early this month I saw it just a bit slowly.

All townhouses are completed, but some of the residential towers are still under construction :(
