what 'monorail-related' problem?

I don't know for sure, but the investor of the monorail was still obtaining permission from land-owners of SCBD to construct stations adjacent to buildings etc.

ohh it looks nicer than I thought. that Pacific Place abandoned site is such an eyesore, can't wait to see it transformed in the next 18 months. And it seems Capital Residence hasn't risen yet. so slow...
