Where are they now?

Kids are doing a project on the hotels that didn't make it...yet. What happened to:

Hotel JAL
Ramee Millennium
Marriott Renaissance
Kempinski City Centre
Rixos Marina West
Domina Al Areen
Conrad Bahrain
Shaza Hotel
Four Seasons
Dusit Dilmunia?

Can anybody link to official news/confirmation on the status of these projects?

JAL Amwaj i think is dead, Ramee is delayed I know. Kempinski is delayed but built (?) but what about the rest?

Both Kempinski 4 and 5 star hotels are scheduled to open first quarter of 2011 according to a statement by the City Center general manager last week.

Ramee is under construction in Seef.

Marriott is under construction and progress is looking good since the last time I've been to Amwaj.

Ducit, Jal, and Four Seasons won't be built for a long time in my opinion.

Rixos will go ahead as soon as they find someone to pump liquidity in Marina West which will also take some time.

Domina I think is on hold for liquidity problems too.

JAL I 'heard' was cancelled as JAl itself filled for bankruptcy - but I think the hotels are separate from the airline business. Rixos I don't think as any chance of being built any time soon (what is going to happen to the towers - many people have poured their money in and the place is a greaveyard at the moment).
