This thread is for all the projects in all Japanese cities outside of Tokyo and Osaka that are under construction that don't have their own thread. Basically it's all projects under 100m, but if a low rise project is big enough it can always get it's own thread.

It's a bit unclear if the 98m is the height of the roof of the top floor or if it's the height of the strange thing on top. If it's the height of the roof it will be around 106m, if that turns out to be the case it will also mean that this project will get it's own thread.

Update

The last I saw something of this project along the new Tsukuba Express Line on the internet they were still just above ground level, and now they are already T/O. It's even more crazy that they will only be completed next year, they have enough time to finish the interior.
