looks like some sort of giant video screens on this building, cool idea.

Hmm...I don't like it...Too irregular shape...

As far as I know, Bezeq decided not to leave Azrieli complex, so no need for a new tower.

it was cancelled because bezeq preffered to rent but maybe now as a private company they will build an office tower... who knows.
