This one's old, missed it though. I basically travel around the NA forums since I moderate them and the world forums. Don't visit other regionals much.

so I guess for now, apart the other NA forums, the most popular regional section is the OZscrapers. and no vote for the UK :D

mostly the na forums...but i like lurking on the foreign boards esp for germany and south america
