As far as I know out of the 4 towers planned
Neptune has reached its half way up.
Jupiter -- Structure work for all 23 floors completed and now internal plastering going on.
Mercury-- structuring work of 2nd floor.
For Phase 1 they are targetting only Jupiter and Mercury.
