Can anyone tell me where I will be able to find a full map with all the plot numbers for the Jumeriah Lake Towers.

i have been looking for it on the www for weeks and didn't find one with all plots. i gave it up!

I have seen one on a website for one of the towers. they are A1 A2 A3 B1 B2 B3 etc for all 69 towers. Only Nakheel the developer will have a tower picture or model for each of the plots.

just have to find out which code each building has A1,A2,A3,B1,B2,B3,.....

so the goldcrest towers are not in the same cluter thats going to confuse people with 3 towers with similar names all spread out or will it make it easier
great map with all the plot numbers once they towers start up little more we go out there and get the true layout !

the gardens will only be less than a kilometer away. Where on that plan are the DMCC towers? I can see the gold refinarys (which Trances and SAB drove past a few weeks back) and the funny shaped buildings to the right which will be the manufacturing houses for gold and jewelry.
I like the look of the central tower on its own island. Its due to be the tallest one there and i think its a hotel

i think it's time to create a map of jlt on which we can see exactly where what is! ;)

i took pics of all known jlt towers and put them on a plot map! i had to extremely enlarge it that everything is visible! looks pretty good. check it out!

click right and SAVE PICTURE AS... to save it on your computer in normal size.

What a project! Dubai is going to be THE skyscraper city before long.

puh, finally made it, was very time-consuming. nearly 2 hours with finding the plots in the www.

2:30 in the morning in germany right now.

yes it would make sense but i think the only way to do it woudl be work from a map and then figure it all out in you head by doing a walk through as they is not as much information and organistaion for the Marina as there is for JLT

still got problems to find bonnington tower plot! contacted both owner and hotel group! didin't get any reply! really pissed off, as all my emails to several companies haven't been replied! :(
i contacted ws atkins, bonnington, regency hotel group, dmcc (email-adresses broke), all for nothing! :(

maybe sa boy, trances,.... you can find that out, as you guys seem to have special contacts/connections.

btw: only 20 of 69 have officially been lauched yet. any info on the next towers?

but even they couldn't really help us! :( but at least we can expect an update!! :)

i aksed for plot numbers for bonninton tower and the dmcc towers and this is the reply:

The Waleed paradise tower or whatever its called must be the ugliest by far.

Actually the highest quality buildings are probably in the Jumeria Lake Towers. Where as there are alot of ugly looking buildings in the marina and in the JBR

jbr are all the same so you dont care for the whole project ?

i think the jbr towers are ok. will be very dense with some of them at 200m!!! love the penthouses at the top!! WOW!!! check the floor maps on jbr.com!

I think the quality of Dubai Marina towers will be better than JLT as the conditions for building a tower in Dubai Marina is more towards quality.

I disagree the Lake Tower apartments seem alot better than the one's in the Marina. Also Lake Towers will be a better place as a holiday as guaranteed a water view.

it's all about your choice, the location of the tower and which design you prefer.
there will be good and bad locations in both developments, but right, every jlt has lakeview and is a bit more away from szr than marina.

i don't think you can say low or high quality because it always depends on your taste

i consider a bad quality tower there as one with view onto power lines!!! can't repeat it often enough!

Really there is a line of them that faces on to the Road way. SO would say there are as close.
But that is not so much an issue as you not looking out on the the freeway or power lines ( to much ) most of the view will be taken up by a who sky line of 60 towers on each side. With just a small swirl of water below.
At least the Marina has mixed desnity with towers from 60 to 5 floors as well

The good thing about JLT that it is more organized than the Marina, all the plots are at the same size 33 meter X 50 meter, more than that the plots which are laying on SZR are shorter than the ones on the other side of the lake which gives a very nice view.

Some time back I was thinking to build a tower in the Marina, the guidlines which marina is has given me is like to build a minimum of 800 sq. ft. per appartment whereas JLT minimum can reach to 450 sq.ft., this shows how the marina is looking after the quality of towers.

There are towers in the Marina which are about 360 sq ft apartments.

that's about 30 sqm! very small. ok, studio apartments (1 room apartment) is small but that small?

to convert to sqm you have to divide by 10 and a bit more. don't know exact number, about 10.2 or something
