I think your internet browsers on your computer may need some short of in-plug or add-on programs. It happened to me once and it asked to download and install some program, but I forgot what it was, sorry.

I use ''Firefox'' and it works. I think you have to download a flash program to view the webcams.

While I'm at phnom penh I saw this webcams show also Monivong boulevard, it's infront of GT42 but I can't see now.

I also don't know, but since I asked people in p-penh to installed Khmer dictionary to my iPhone then I can read Khmer too.

Webcams

Before they charge 8$ but when I gave them phone, they said can't for iPhone 3G.

Then my last holiday in p-penh early previous month they said ok for my iPhone 3G and they charge me only 3$. :-)

Now we can't view phnom penh webcams anymore...!

Even in Khmerlivetv also can't..! Anybody know about this..?

Now they add one more webcam, at monivong blvd, in front of Gold tower 42. CTN morning news view these 5 webcams every morning to talk about the traffic situation.

this is a sticky thread about webcam, but there doesn't seems to be any live webcam now. the one recently talk about say it is live, but the image is from July, 2011, not long after the last post was make.
