There can be no other vote than a 10 for anyone who has been there.
My first time was in the blistering summer of three years ago. We reached the fountain at night and it was boiling hot even without the sun... almost 100% humidity. We descended the surrounding steps and found ourselves immersed in a cool, fresh environment adorned with beautiful architecture and expressive sculpture. We spent pretty much the whole nigh there cos the water cooled it down so much. Its so beautiful and there is this INCREDIBLE baroque church facing it with repeated columns... its under refurbishment now but its SOOO gorgeous.

Absolutely stunning.

I loved it when I visited Rome earlier this year... it definitely stood out as the best. And Rome is one of the most sightworthy cities in the world, so that says something.
