After the Greeks pulled off a miracle at Euro, I feel soccer Australia must aim for the next world cup in the Asia/Oceana area. All major cities to host games.

Expansion of Adelaide, Cairns, Darwin (maybe Marrara), Canberra...Maybe co-hosting with NZ! But would that mean that NZ would have to take part in Cup, like co-hosts Korea and Japan. If so, FIFA might intervene!

I wouldn't mind NZ getting our paltry leftovers. :)

Hold games at Suncorp Stadium(My personal fav.)

But I agree that we should try to get SOMETHING. But I would only think co-hosting was a good idea if it meant the difference between getting the cup and not.

I agree! But would NZ be part of the WC if they co-hosted? And if they were, I'm sure our bid would be overlooked, as it would mean one less spot for either the Europeans or South Americas!?

Hopefully, by then (2018) NZ would be a state of Australia, and there would no problems in hosting a WC!!
