Delta Tower - Belgrade

On the New Belgrade in block 20 on the lot between Hayat hotel, Savacity complex and Delta building they plan to construct one of highest office towers in Belgrade to become the new corporate headquaters of the company. This complex will include 36-storey office tower and another building to house 320 room “Intercontinental” hotel. This complex will have 110 000 sq/m and the entire investment is estimated to be 150 million Euros.
