Yup, he was not too good at this "tall" thing. The forms are not so bad. But the materials, the proportions, the details...not good. FLW doing a skyscraper just doesn't even sound right.

looks pretty cool. Why didn't they make this one taller?

this was more of a test for him in form and design .. . this tower is in a city of only about 30,000!!

It looks ugly closeup but the effect it has from a distance seems effective.

Very good with the huge amount of angles it has, and it's shape. The facade is too plain though.

Wasn't this building declared unsafe? I heard it's just used for storage now.

It does have some interesting features to ponder over and some nice textures. I mean, even the spire is textured! Because of its unboringness-> 8/10

Interesting. The farther away you get from it, the more modern and newer it looks, but as you get close, looks like it needs a good bath. Neat design though. 8/10.

This building is so unique, in a good way. It was ahead of it's time, and offers no boring angles. The materials are interesting, and it's not a boring box.
I give it an 8 for creativity.

Evidently designed with care and vision.
It still looks fresh and original in an unforced and logical manner......stylish !

The overall concept is amazing, especially for its time. But the facade and the colors are kind of scary, I'll be really nice and give it a 8/10.
