I thought the Towers are about 4! only 2?!

this project consists of 2 U-shaped towers (big ones) and 2 or 3 other buildings (offices and multi-function building --for wedding for instance). So in a way, it's bigger than just 4 towers in fact

I got this from an insider: from more than 1400 units only 50 left. So, almost all has been sold, this means little chance this project got cancelled or postponed.

South view (city view) --- Mega Kuningan, The Peak, city Loft, Pavillion Apt, Dharmala, some buildings at Kuningan/Casablanca/Gatot Subroto st./ Sudirman st...etc

Construction reach floor # 40 so another 5-8 floors to go....

I hope they demolish all the Houses near there and make a Park or a Project and move the People to Benhil and make a Rusun

It's a good sign that Jakarta City Government is widening the road.
With Sudirman Park finished in the near future the amount of traffic will be increased that the excisting roads would possibly be overloaded.

Is anybody informed about the price people get payed when they have to relocate for the Sudirman Park Project.

Just make appointment with one of the salesman (woman). He or she and the construction supervisor will escort you to check the unit you buy...

How about putting your washing machine in your bathroom (like I do here)? And yes, that s*cks to have compressor occupied the already small balcony but no choice.

I did get these layouts below from my friend who was unable to purchase 1-2 BR, SP ran out of stocks for that type. Anyway they got measurement, not a typical type (could be for those units on 45th floor above), but shouldn't be that much different in size, so all this is just fyi.

In the first time i saw it, i was thinking that this building is same as other apartement buildings in Jakarta. It have a very simple shape, not so unique and curvy. But after the buildings was almost finish and taking shape, i was amazed! It is very modern and beyond my expectations. I hope SUDIRMAN PARK will make impact on sudirman skyline.

Nice pic, thx. Anyone know whether the handover is happening as planned for tower 1 ?

I've just heard the news from my friend who bought 1 unit which location at 7th floor.. he has gotten the key and see the inside. Some complain from him :
- one of the tail was broke
- the 'kusen' door is not really good, there is a scratch
- the wall is not painted well

the good news is...
- the bathroom is quite nice and has a shower
- the swimming pool is amazing...

does anyone got a chace to take some of the interior condition? feel free to share.

btw, the handover only until 6th floor for the time being..

On the other picture I saw that KH Mas Mansyur street has changed a lot in the last 3 years with the completion of SD and construction of Loft apt and a project in Sahid complex. Wait until Batavia Perkasa starts, it will certainly become one of the most dense area in Jkt.

Baru kemaren ngliat lagi HDB dari deket...... ternyata gak beda jauh dengan rumah2 susun dekat BENHIL...... Terus ternyata gak terlalu tinggi.... Bedanya mereka lebih bersih dan terawat....
