A 18-storey administration / office building including presidential suites and senate room, a 2-storey podium block with exhibition / teaching areas with a central landscaped courtyard. The tower counting 25 000sqm was completed in 2001.

Þróndeimr August 7th, 2004, 11:35 PM This is to me an interesting tower and is a bit uniqe. It looks like there are two old commieblocks which has been smashed togather at different high and reconstructed. At the topp they reconstructed and located a part of a silo.
The tower is a bit unique, has a nice facade but its a bit boring. The shape is interesting and unique. 7/10

The addition is totally incompatible with it's surrounding.
The architect has failed miserably in this project.

is that a typical mentality/attitude among Chinese?? one that make judgements/decision based on relation instead of merit?
polytechnic = technical college, one where students are to be trained to be good analytical/logical problem solvers.
how did you get in with that kind of aptitude and attitude? thru the back door with relations?
