A-brain August 12th, 2004, 01:33 AM Hey cul not sure about the other buildings but you can update the Big E floorplates to Level 54 - that is where there is currently concrete, while the scaffolding reaches to about 56/57 ..
So basically the floorplates have pretty much reached the first major setback point..
Blabbyboy August 12th, 2004, 03:34 AM It's hard to believe FWP1 will be so tall! Full strength Prima would be awesome!

Aussie Steve May 30th, 2005, 01:28 AM Hey Mr C, if E&Y has toped out, then there are still a few more floors to go to reach the top.
CULWULLA May 30th, 2005, 01:35 AM ^ yes, im pretty sure there are a couple of floors to go.i think the actual concrete core has topped out. this happens alot with some bldgs. the upper most floors are sometimes steel framing which plantroom is built from.
CULWULLA June 29th, 2005, 12:44 PM wow, half way throught year already?
summary-
Some of these i had to guess due to no updates.hope there right?lol

Someone needs a new set of Derwents ;)
Adam from Oz August 5th, 2005, 11:13 AM ^ nothings certain but it will eventually get approved.i have it on good authority. ;) :runaway:
It was meant to be approved around the end of March/April, if I remember correctly..
It must have undergone some significant new design changes if they are taking this long because I'm pretty sure it's not the end of March/April any more.
Cheers,
Adam

What's the Brady project on City Road, close to Clarendon ? Rather ugly pre-fab looking building leaving blank sides for future high-rise neighbors, I guess ...it looks set to achieve these lesser heights.

such a shame, i liked the design... plus as gimmicky as it is, having the highest pool would be pretty cool.
tayser October 10th, 2005, 01:30 PM all we actually know is that the site ownership has changed hands.
aussiescraperman October 10th, 2005, 05:22 PM wait, what is Grand central, and how tall will it be? I never heard of it before....
CULWULLA October 11th, 2005, 12:55 AM ^ the site is where the 300m Grand central project was proposed back in the 1990's.
Now to be known as 538 Collins st.- 28st/120m
