For the right reasons:
Eugenia Place
built 1987

The Presidio
built 1990

1500 Hornby
built 1993
A style that is repeated ad-nauseum all over Vancouver, Miami, San Diego, and even Toronto. Many 1990's condos in Vancouver share the utopian whiteness of the Richard Meyer palette, but this was one of the earlier ones

And for all the wrong reasons:
Atelier
built 2009

I wouldn't hate this tower so much if there weren't better "cylinders" built 15 years ago such as the Palisades on Alberni St (right)
Yaletown Park
built 2006
I've seen better from 20-year old buildings
