They already started pile driving on the site and supposed to be sa Jan 2011 pa and ung billboard ng Condo sa may city proper area inalis narin..maybe may mga changes sa plan cguro..

i don't exactly remember what station i heard it on but it was on an early morning commentary where the anchor is citing several infra projects in the city... sometimes even news anchors do not get hold of the accurate info so as long as there's no official press release of that supposedly 14-storey condo, it'll be just a rumor... it's a very welcome rumor though and hope it'll materialize.

This one is located in Kapideco Area (near Ateneo)...

Though there are rumors about condos to be built in Smallville area too...

^^ Injap's 2nd condo might soon be constructed infront of Gaisano City Iloilo. Hope it will come into fruition. :)

^^...true. kalapad sng lugar dira sa likod ka smallvile to the carpenter's bridge where "smallville 2" will be, but based on the renderings sng Esplanade daw ma-occupy gd na xng esplanade ang lots between those two points, i'm not sure though...
