This project consists of a pair of slender, 65 story residential towers set above a 12 story parking podium. The total gross construction area of each tower is 575,000sf (53,419sm) and the gross construction area of the podium is approximately 800,000sf (74,322sm). LERA will be providing a concept design for this project.

Its coming up near the Race course in Mumbai and there are a Bunch of very skyscrapers and supertalls( 1 or 2) coming up in that area !! :banana:

Hafeez Contractor is unarguably the most famous architect of India for quite some time. He is a "big" name !!

Erm? There is three 225m towers directly behind this building. There is 5 supertall buildings under construction in less than a 1km radius around it. Not to forget there a nearly 500m tower which is said to be launched nearby.

people seem like they think that there opinion about a design of a building is shared by everyone, i personaly like this design myself,
statement like 'to fat' ect. pinch my nerves, think about the plot ect. the designers had to work with,
this a building people are going to live in, not some crazy landmark,
remember those kinds of things before posting your opinion about a design,
remember that a building is also about functionality and not just looks! just sayin :cheers2:

The view towards the racecourse. The areas to the left and right of the racecourse will include a number of supertalls in the next several years, so the current view you can see toward the second peak in Mumbais developing skyline in Parel may be blocked.

BTW, some quick pixel math with the renderings implies that if the height @ the sky lounge is 700ft, roof height would be 1,000+ ft

Definitely my favorite residential tower going up in Mumbai right now (at least until the Namaste Tower starts construction).

Looks like the Mahalaxmi area will be really dense in a few years.

Wow, this one is rising fast. They should top off by the end of summer.

Amongst so many super-talls being built in Mumbai, this one seems to be rising faster than most others.

This is a cool design. I would have preferred glass cladding, but it isn't too bad.
Love that curve where the building splits- it's like the world's biggest halfpipe. :banana:

Personally I wouldn't prefer a completely glassy house.In a hot and humid country like India we need open balconies.

Deekshith has been working on a progress diagram for this project.
In the meantime, here's an update by Deekshith on April 19th:

I will start doing progress diagram when it reach the residential floor levels. The construction is still in the premature stage to compare it with the available renders.

The number of completed podium floors are painted/written at one corner as P3, P4...... taking that as reference this tower is at 17th or 18th floor now.
