This is not Hokait tower. This is Al-Tuwairqi tower.

Don't people in the Eastern Province have a bit of imagination? Why's everybody naming towers after their families?

عموما تصميم جميل ولي عتب على الاخوان في المنطقة الشرقية لان فيه مشاريع كثيرة قائمة ومافيه لها تغطية

Oh okay, thanks for your explanation..
My reasoning was: 20 + 1 (M) + 1 (G) = 22 "physical" floors
But I guess that doesn't follow the floor counting convention.. ;)
