Does anyone know what the building under construction on Leichardt Street opposite Oxygen is?

Yeah have been wondering myself. I think its just apartments but its quite tall from the back.

Sorry can't help - its just another Brisbane mystery tower. Be interesting to see what developes there.

It certainly looks like apartments based on the sizeable balconies fronting Leichardt Street.

They are apartments. 54 units, 8 floors above ground, 3 levels of carparks below (entry from John St behind).

Being built by a company called Cubdale.

They are more or less finished with the structural construction now.

Thanks BadBear and welcome to the forum. Do you have any info about the marketing of this building? I cannot recall ever seeing any advertising or even a name for this building.

As far as I am aware, the units are not for sale - I think the owner/builder will only be leasing them out in the short term.

The only name that has been given to it as far as I am aware is 169 Leichardt.
